Basic Life Support

The AHA’s BLS Course provides the foundation for saving lives from cardiac arrest. It teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both prehospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on high-quality CPR and team dynamics.

Heartsaver

AHA’s Heartsaver courses are designed to prepare students to provide first aid, CPR, and use an AED in a safe, timely, and effective manner.

Completion Requirements

  • Prior to the training you must have a current American Heart Association provider certificate in the requested discipline. (A copy must be submitted to us before attending the training)
  • Successfully complete the classroom Instructor Course and pass the written exam.
  • Successfully be monitored instructing your first course within 6 months of completing the Instructor training.
